Valjevo, Serbia
The State flag of Serbia contains three horizontal bands with the Pan-Slavic colours red, blue and white. Slightly to the left of the center of the flag is the coat of arms of Serbia. The coat of arms of arms contains a red shield with a white two headed eagle. The eagle is holding a shield with the Serbian Cross in the center. At the top is a crown symbolizing the royal heritage of Serbia. The national flag of Serbia is similar but does not contain the coat of arms on it.
